Pengiktirafan Pencapaian Terdahulu (PPT) merupakan laluan pensijilan formal yang direka untuk mengiktiraf individu yang dapat membuktikan kemahiran dan pengalaman mereka selaras dengan Standard Kemahiran Pekerjaan Kebangsaan (NOSS).

Inisiatif ini memberi peluang kepada pekerja mahir di seluruh Malaysia untuk mengiktiraf pengalaman kerja yang telah diperoleh selama bertahun-tahun. Melalui penilaian kemahiran yang diperoleh daripada pengalaman kerja sama ada secara formal atau tidak formal, peserta berpeluang memperoleh Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) sebagai pengiktirafan rasmi terhadap kepakaran dan kemahiran yang dimiliki dalam industri.
